Signature Marina Forney
Vevey culinary photographer Marina Forney creates a photograph full of poetry and delicacy where the lighting, directed with skill, forms an abstract luminous silhouette in the shape of a diamond. A subtle play of shadow and light inviting contemplation.
Historical
A cross between Cornalin and an unknown grape variety, Humagne Rouge was imported from the Aosta Valley at the end of the 19th century. Appreciated by winegrowers and wine lovers, Humagne Rouge has managed to forge a true Valais identity.
Winemaking
Aged in oak barrels for 12 to 18 months (depending on the vintage), this wine has good aging potential as well as a woody taste that marries wonderfully with the original aromas of this Humagne Rouge.
Gastronomy
A wild wine, it goes deliciously with game, red meats and strong cheeses.
